Tom Ferrando, Former Salient CRGT CEO, Joins Bridge Growth Partners as Senior Advisor

Bridge Growth Partners, a leading technology investment firm, announced today that Tom Ferrando has been named a Senior Advisor. Mr. Ferrando is a seasoned technology industry veteran who brings a deep track record of building and scaling technology services businesses as well as spearheading critical customer and business initiatives. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of Salient CRGT (“SCRGT”), a leading provider of data analytics, cloud, agile software development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions to U.S. national security, federal civilian, and federal health agencies, which was until recently owned by Bridge Growth.

About Tom Ferrando

For more than three decades, Mr. Ferrando has held numerous leadership positions at leading companies in the technology space. Most recently, Mr. Ferrando served as CEO of SCRGT, where he played an integral role driving its transformative growth in partnership with Bridge Growth, resulting in its acquisition in August 2021 by GovernmentCIO, a portfolio company of Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe. Following the transaction, Mr. Ferrando now serves on the Board of Directors of GovernmentCIO. Previously, Mr. Ferrando was CEO of CRGT, a developer of agile software development, cybersecurity and mobility services for government and commercial agencies, which merged with Salient in 2015. Prior to CRGT, Mr. Ferrando served as President and COO of CherryRoad Technologies, a software consulting firm serving commercial and government clients. At CherryRoad Technologies, Mr. Ferrando helped facilitate the spin-off of CRGT in 2008, which was acquired by Veritas Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ferrando served in various senior roles at DataStudy/Acuent and Prudential Insurance.

Mr. Ferrando received a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Seton Hall University.
