TabbFORUM 40 Spotlights Top Financial Market Innovators

Inaugural selection by TABB Group recognizes technology-driven leaders, difference-makers and disruptors for their impact and influence across the capital markets ecosystem

Tabb Group today introduces the TabbFORUM 40, an honor roll of executives and other influencers who are leading technology-driven innovation and disruption in the financial markets.

The inaugural honorees include not only top executives of exchanges and other market infrastructures, but also entrepreneurial business builders, advocates of disruptive crypto solutions, and others active in the policy realm. What this diverse group has in common is a combination of vision, ability to execute and record of achievement that have made a major impact on the functioning, efficiency and continuous improvement in the markets and their service to clients and the overall economy.

Examples of those profiled in the TabbFORUM 40 are: premier exchange company CEOs (Intercontinental Exchange’s Jeffrey Sprecher and Nasdaq’s Adena Friedman); chief technology officers at organizations managing petabyte-scale databases (Bloomberg’s Shawn Edwards and Two Sigma’s Jeffrey Wecker); serial product and technology inventors with decades-long records of innovation (Interactive Brokers’ Thomas Peterffy and American Financial Exchange’s Richard Sandor); outspoken SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce; and disruptive-tech-focused asset manager Cathie Wood.
