Metronet Launches Ultra-Fast Fiber Optic Internet in James City

Installation Now Available

Metronet today announced that residents and businesses in James City now have access to 100% fiber optic internet with access to Metronet’s multi-gigabit service. As Metronet’s service becomes available throughout the community, residents will have access to speeds up to 2 gigabits; and businesses may access speeds up to 10 gigabits. Customers located in Metronet’s initial construction areas may now sign up for service installation online at metronet.com.

As construction continues throughout James City, residents in construction areas will receive 30 days advance notice by mail regarding construction activity in their neighborhood.
