CTG, a Cegeka Group company (the "Company") and a leader in digital transformation and IT solutions, announced today the retirement of Christine Blanchard, a dedicated leader and integral member of the organization for more than 27 years. As part of its commitment to maintaining excellence in healthcare IT, CTG has launched a national search for a new leader to drive continued innovation in the U.S. healthcare market and continue its more than 35-year legacy supporting the healthcare IT industry.

During her tenure, Blanchard achieved recognition as a CTG High Achiever 12 times for her exceptional sales performance and has been a trusted partner to clients, developing lasting relationships across the healthcare industry. For the past four years, she has led CTG’s Healthcare team, leaving a legacy of delivery excellence and client-focused solution innovation.

Blanchard will remain with the organization through the transition to a new leader, anticipated in the first quarter of 2025.

“On behalf of the entire CTG team, I want to thank Christine for her unwavering commitment and countless contributions over the past 27 years,” said Tom Niehaus, Executive Vice President of CTG. “Her leadership and dedication have been instrumental in advancing our healthcare practice and building strong, lasting client relationships. We wish Christine all the best in her retirement and express our deepest gratitude for her many years of service.”

To continue driving innovation and excellence in the U.S. healthcare market, CTG has engaged healthcare industry executive search leader Kirby Partners to support its national search for a new leader for its U.S. healthcare practice. This strategic role will focus on advancing CTG’s long-standing leadership position in the healthcare IT services and solutions consulting space.

“As we celebrate Christine’s legacy, we are equally excited about the opportunities that lie ahead for CTG in 2025, including our expanded portfolio resulting from joining the Cegeka Group organization,” added Niehaus. “Together with a new leader for our healthcare practice, we are poised for continued growth and success.”

CTG announced the launch of its U.S. cybersecurity practice and leadership in November. This practice will include offerings for many of today’s highly regulated industries, including services tailored to support the unique needs of the U.S. healthcare provider market.
