“I am delighted to welcome Jae to the Lumentum executive team,” said Lumentum President and CEO, Alan Lowe. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and proven track record of success across a broad range of legal areas and technology sectors. His significant experience managing all aspects of the global legal function at technology companies such as GlobalLogic and Rambus makes him an excellent fit for our organization, as we continue the next phase of our growth journey. While it’s not easy to say goodbye to Judy, I’d like to extend my deepest gratitude for her many years of invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to the company.”

“It is a great privilege to be joining Lumentum as the new General Counsel. I am thrilled at the prospect of contributing to an industry-leading company at the forefront of optical and photonic innovation,” said Kim. “I look forward to leveraging my deep legal expertise in navigating the ever-changing technology landscape to help Lumentum achieve its strategic goals, while upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethics.”

Kim has over 25 years of experience in corporate law, most recently serving as Chief Administrative and Legal Officer at GlobalLogic, Inc., a Hitachi Group Company.
