KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2024-CES3 (TPMT 2024-CES3)

KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to 10 classes of asset-backed securities from Towd Point Mortgage Trust 2024-CES3 (TPMT 2024-CES3), a $491.0 million RMBS transaction, as of April 30, 2024, sponsored by FirstKey Mortgage, LLC (FirstKey). The underlying pool consisted of 6,409 closed-end second lien mortgages (CES; 100%) originated by Spring EQ, LLC (Spring EQ; 49.7%), Rocket Mortgage, LLC (Rocket; 21.7%), PennyMac Corp. (PennyMac; 15.5%) and Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper (Mr. Cooper; 13.1%). The TPMT 2024-CES3 transaction structure incorporates excess spread along with a sequential payment waterfall of interest and principal.
