BTIG Adds Eric Clark to its Real Estate & Homebuilding Investment Banking Group

BTIG announced today that Eric Clark has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Real Estate & Homebuilding Investment Banking Group. Based in the San Francisco office, Mr. Clark will be a part of BTIG’s capital markets and strategic advisory efforts for clients within the real estate and homebuilding sectors.

Prior to joining BTIG, Eric was a Managing Director within Real Estate Investment Banking at Citizens Financial Group where he advised clients on capital markets and strategic advisory transactions across both public and private markets. Previously, Mr. Clark held similar roles at JMP Securities and Wunderlich Securities.

BTIG’s Investment Banking team engages with clients and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings including IPOs and follow-on offerings, ATMs, SPACs, private placements and PIPEs, convertibles, debt and loans, buybacks, liquidity solutions, venture capital, and private equity transactions.
