Two acquisitions expand LaunchPad’s specialty services and introduce new inspection technology nationwide

The acquisition of Scott Home Services further strengthens LaunchPad’s Colorado market leadership, adding one of the state’s most recognized home service providers to its growing portfolio. LaunchPad also operates in Colorado through Axium Inspections, one of the region’s largest home inspection brands. The addition of Scott Home Services expands capacity and reach across Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins.

Founded in 2006 by George and Ann Scott, Scott Home Services is known for its highly trained team, technical precision, and broad range of services, including residential inspections, radon and sewer testing, infrared and mold inspections, and energy and mechanical design consulting. The company also provides Denver rental license inspections and HERS compliance testing for builders, property managers, and homeowners.

In this role, he will focus on advancing LaunchPad’s technology infrastructure and expanding the digital tools that simplify homeownership for agents and clients alike.
