Now available, a new personalized home page gives every seller a clear starting point for the day. It brings insights from top deals, accounts and meetings, helps sellers prioritize, and shortens prep time.
Outreach introduced Ask Outreach, a conversational experience that lets sellers and leaders ask for what they need and act immediately. It pulls context from the entire Outreach platform across accounts, deals, activities, and customer conversations, then reasons and recommends actions that can be completed in the same conversational flow.
Ask Outreach will be integrated where teams already work and collaborate, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and the Outreach Mobile App. Ask Outreach will be available for customers early next year.
New AI Agents for Account Executive Workflows
AI needs to be embedded where your sales team is working, not in a separate tool. Building on data and insights across workflows, Outreach is expanding its family of connected AI agents to accelerate deal velocity:
- Available now, Call Agent utilizes AI to help sellers make calls with customized seller script recommendations and personalized AI-generated voicemails to boost response rates.
- Reply Agent will enable sellers to quickly address objections with targeted messaging about pricing, competition, or product details, reducing research and reply time.
- Meeting Agent will gather buyer context, activity, and recommendations before meetings, so sellers are prepared, and managers stay informed about account status.
- Next Best Action Agent will interpret engagement signals, account activity, and market intent to recommend the highest-impact actions to advance deals or help sellers quickly address customer feedback.
Outreach Connects AI Agents Across the Enterprise
Outreach envisions a connected AI agent ecosystem where context flows intelligently across the tools revenue teams already rely on. Outreach announced Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure, real-time connectivity of AI agents and data across trusted platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, and knowledge platforms like Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, and Glean.
With Outreach acting as both MCP Server and MCP Client, AI Agents get access to richer context, automate multi-step workflows, and deliver guidance to sellers, with AI orchestrating actions across the entire revenue stack. Outreach MCP will be available for customers early next year.
