Connor Foley has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. The Tennessee-based consultant will leverage his diverse benefits experience to help employers navigate the complex healthcare landscape with strategic, cost-effective solutions.

He also specializes in introducing alternative funding arrangements to organizations looking to transition from fully insured models and has a proven track record of designing and implementing cost-saving strategies. With expertise in industry regulations and emerging trends, Foley provides informed guidance to help clients stay compliant while optimizing their benefits programs.
Prior to joining Alliant, Foley was a consultant with an Arkansas-based insurance brokerage firm, where he worked closely with employers to develop tailored benefits solutions.
Foley earned a bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance from the University of Mississippi.
