"Travis brings deep industry expertise, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to developing people that will continue to drive the success of our Building Services offerings," said Rory Olson, CEO at MacDonald-Miller. "I am excited to see him lead this team into the future and know his background as a technician makes him uniquely positioned to drive a culture of ingenuity and customer-first service that sets us apart."

A graduate of Perry Technical Institute in Yakima, WA, Eshpeter is no stranger to the mechanical contracting industry. He started his career 25 years ago as an HVAC apprentice at MacDonald-Miller. Since then, he's grown into a natural leader as HVAC Foreman, Area Operations Manager in Everett, WA, Director, and most recently Vice President of Service Operations.

During his 25 years at MacDonald-Miller, Eshpeter played a key role in helping build and grow the building services organization throughout the Northwest. In the past few years alone, he's been a key figure in expanding service field operations to better serve customers throughout Oregon and Washington. Since 2022, he's grown the service organization team by 37 percent, including more than 280 technicians, operators, and customer coordinators. In addition, Eshpeter spearheads the electrification of MacDonald-Miller's fleet of more than 900 trucks and vehicles, a key element of the company's plan to meet Climate Pledge objectives by 2040.
