Northern New Mexico and Southern Colorado’s pets have a lifesaving reason to celebrate. On August 19, 2024, veterinarians Drs. Julia Donnelly, Nicole Chamney, and Sonja Sims opened the region’s only 24/7 veterinary emergency hospital in Santa Fe. Just one year later, Mosaic Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital has treated more than 10,000 patients and grown to a team of over 50 dedicated professionals.

This independently owned hospital offers advanced emergency and critical care, supported by an impressive team that includes experienced emergency veterinarians, a board-certified emergency and critical care specialist, a veterinary radiologist, and a veterinary technician specialist in emergency/critical care, along with numerous credentialed technicians and assistants.

As proud locals, the hospital’s leadership is deeply committed to the community. Over the past year, Mosaic has sponsored, supported, and participated in a wide range of events—from the Santa Fe Children’s Museum to the Santa Fe Humane Society, “Best of Santa Fe,” and the Los Alamos Science Fest, to name a few.
