(NASDAQ: JBHT) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of $ 0.45 (forty five cents) per common share, which is a 2.3% increase over the previous quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record on February 6, 2026 and will be paid on February 20, 2026.
