Mr. Pennino will focus on expanding Edgar Matthews’ advisory and capital markets efforts, leveraging his deep experience in specialty finance, M&A, and structured finance to drive growth and deliver tailored outcomes for clients.

Mr. Pennino brings more than 20 years of investment banking experience to the firm and possesses extensive expertise advising financial services clients on various strategic matters and capital raising initiatives. Prior to joining Edgar Matthews, he served as a Managing Director at Janney Montgomery Scott, Bryant Park Capital and Brean Capital, where he held key leadership roles in executing complex transactions and counseling specialty finance management teams and boards of directors. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pennino held senior investment banking positions at Piper Sandler, Gleacher & Co., and Jefferies.
