Leostream Celebrates Milestone Customer Wins, Product Enhancements, Partnerships in 2025

Leostream Corporation, creator of the world-leading Leostream® Remote Desktop Access Platform, today congratulated its team and channel partners on record successes in the past year, including achievements in product development, customer acquisition, and expanded ecosystem of technology alliances.

Leostream rolled out two major updates to its platform in 2025. The first added more features for security, control, performance, scale-up, and cloud integration, plus native support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9. The second update—just released in December—allows for more advanced automation across the entire desktop lifecycle, stronger cloud integration with AWS/Azure, improved end-user experience, enhanced governance and security, and more scalable operations.

In addition, Leostream released its first new standalone product in more than a decade: the Leostream Privileged Remote Access service. This software solution for vendor privileged access management (VPAM) controls access to data, applications, and IT infrastructure by non-employees such as external contractors, freelancers, service providers, and other external stakeholders. Leostream’s new VPAM tool enables organizations to manage and audit access with strict authentication, least-privileged access control, and session recording for complete accountability.

In addition to its 2025 cycle of platform updates, Leostream validated support for Amazon WorkSpaces Core Managed Instances, giving joint customers sophisticated new flexibility, options, and power to deploy and manage virtual desktops on AWS infrastructure.

Leostream gained significant customer traction in 2025, particularly in federal and public sector organizations, migrating off of Omnissa Horizon and Citrix deployments. The Leostream Platform also gained more solution partners including Diversified, a leading global technology solutions provider, in its Atlas Orchestrate cloud offering for entertainment, education and enterprise users.

Leostream’s technology and solution partnerships also greatly expanded in 2025. It strengthened its relationship with Lenovo to provide the Leostream platform to Lenovo partners and customers worldwide, giving Lenovo the unique ability to offer an entire remote access, racked workstation, and/or VDI solution from one vendor. Microsoft Azure Marketplace also added the Leostream Platform to bring Azure users a streamlined solution for high-performance computing using virtual machines. Leostream entered into an OEM agreement with HP, adding HP Anyware to the suite of high-performance display protocols that can be purchased directly from Leostream. Leostream furthered its technology alliance with Nutanix to deliver automated VDI combining the Leostream platform and the Nutanix AHV enterprise virtualization platform.

In 2025, the Leostream team supported its partner and customer communities at the NAB Show in Las Vegas, Energy HPC 2025 in Houston, Autodesk’s Design & Make Conference in Nashville, and Scale Computing’s Platform//2025 in Las Vegas. Leostream joined the Sports Video Group as a corporate sponsor, and joined SVG at its 2025 Summit in New York City, SVG LIVE! in Los Angeles, and the Remote Production Summit on the PGA Tour’s home campus in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.

The Leostream Privileged Remote Access service earned the award for Remote Work Security Innovation of the Year from RemoteTech Breakthrough, a leading independent market intelligence organization, and was praised by independent analysts at Small World Big Data for addressing all complexity and cybersecurity challenges in its comprehensive report “Fully Securing Third-Party IT Vendor Access.”

“2025 is likely to be known as one of the most significant in the company’s history, with two major upgrades of our flagship workspace access platform plus bringing a completely new product to market in our VPAM tool,” said Karen Gondoly, Leostream CEO. “At the same time, we delivered even more integrations, joint solutions, and tech validations to prove that the Leostream platform is the industry’s dominant solution for delivering desktops and workstations to end users in diverse infrastructures, at scale, securely, whether it’s VDI on zero clients or connecting to high-performance GPUs in the cloud.”

The Leostream Remote Desktop Access Platform for hosted desktops and workstations offers a comprehensive solution for remote access to maintain productivity, control costs, and ensure security with strict authentication and authorization built on zero-trust concepts. Its connection management system eliminates clunky corporate VPNs with an ultra-efficient gateway that gives users access to only the specific resources they have permission to use, automatically, regardless of their location or device. The Leostream Platform shines even in environments that rely on complex, specialty applications like energy and science; large files such as media and entertainment; real-time performance like financial services; and bulletproof network security like government and defense.
