Mayor Reiman highlighted the significance of the development, stating:
“This project here on Lower Washington Avenue, part of the expanded redevelopment and creation of a new downtown, is something that we've talked about and dreamed about for quite some time. Approximately $41 million went into this project, which includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom multi-family apartments. Today, with the grand opening and celebration of The Arthur, we look forward to working together to fill the retail space and attract the best tenants. This project has been very important to us, and we want to congratulate the Epstein family and the Kalian family on a beautiful development here.”
