In Awe reframes these experiences not as linear events but as sacred transformations: moments that can hold joy, loss, uncertainty, and renewal all at once. Rooted in trauma-informed practice, the course weaves guided reflection, practical tools, advocacy scripts, and embodied practices that help participants meet change with steadiness, compassion, and agency.
