By: NewsUSA

(Matthew Du, NewsUSA Reporter) - The Circular Electronics Partnership (CEP) is an alliance composed of private companies and organizations to reduce electronic waste and encourage electronics recycling. CEP was founded by six partners: The Global Electronics Council, the World Business Council, the Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), the International Telecommunication Union, the Responsible Business Alliance, and the World Economic Forum.

Some of the world’s top technological companies, Google, Dell, and Microsoft, have joined CEP’s goal to reach electronic circularity by 2030. CEP offers sustainability support throughout the production of gadgets and other electronics. They support the refurbishment of devices and conduct training for repair providers.
