Real estate technology company Compass (NYSE: COMP) will be announcing earnings results this Tuesday before the bell. Here’s what to expect.

Compass met analysts’ revenue expectations last quarter, reporting revenues of $2.06 billion, up 21.1% year on year. It was a mixed quarter for the company, with EBITDA guidance for next quarter exceeding analysts’ expectations but a significant miss of analysts’ EPS estimates. It reported 73,025 transactions, up 20.9% year on year.

This quarter, analysts are expecting Compass’s revenue to grow 19.8% year on year to $1.79 billion, improving from the 11.7% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $0.11 per share.

Analysts covering the company have generally reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. Compass has missed Wall Street’s revenue estimates four times over the last two years.

Looking at Compass’s peers in the real estate services segment, some have already reported their Q3 results, giving us a hint as to what we can expect. The Real Brokerage delivered year-on-year revenue growth of 52.6%, beating analysts’ expectations by 6.5%, and CBRE reported revenues up 13.5%, topping estimates by 2.1%. Compass’s stock price was unchanged during the same time and is heading into earnings with an average analyst price target of $9.38 (compared to the current share price of $7.69).
