UPDATE 1-Mylan unit settles DOJ suit over reimbursements

NEW YORK, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Mylan Inc said on Monday its Dey Pharma unit has settled a 2006 lawsuit brought by the U.S. Department of Justice over Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements to pharmacists and other healthcare providers.
