Amazing violin/fiddle ensemble ignites four states in month of March
Toronto, ON—FrostByte Media Inc.- Bowfire, the amazing violin/fiddle ensemble made up of the leading names in each genre of modern string playing continues their 2012 tour with a performance in Naples, Florida. Bowfire will perform back to back shows March 17th in Naples at the Philharmonic Center for the Arts and then on March 18th at the Flagler Auditorium in Bunnell, Florida.
Bowfire has enjoyed many highly successful touring seasons since their U.S. debut in New York in 2001, and is touring North America, with over 100 performance dates scheduled for this year. Their performance takes its audiences on a musical journey that moves seamlessly from Jazz, Classical, Bluegrass, Celtic, Rock, Gypsy, World, Texas Swing, Ottawa Valley and Cape Breton styles and mixes in incredible step dancing and a beautiful voice.
This tour, Bowfire is more of a supergroup than ever, welcoming back the brilliant Stephanie Cadman (StepCrew and Celtic Blaze) for this season, and we welcome Lynae Dufresne to the Bowfire family – she is the front woman from the incredibly popular touring fiddle show Barrage. The fiddlers in the company are world-class step and tap dancers with all the avalanche of talent being brought together under the guidance of Creator and Artistic Director, Lenny Solomon.
