Nothing in this market is easy, as you know, but with my experience and knowledge you can increase your chances at turning a nice profit. Just before the close I sold some positions and I will wait for a pullback to enter long again.

( click to enlarge )InterDigital, Inc.(NASDAQ:IDCC) is being sold off on low volume and looks healthy. Still liking and holding since $26. The company has lot of cash on balance sheet, growth and a huge patent portfolio for mobile technology. InterDigital is the second-biggest player in LTE with 780 patents, which makes the company a potential takeover candidate that could command a large premium if sold. This is a long term investment for me.

(NASDAQ:OVTI) As you all know I’ve already bought this stock at 14.1 but if you want to buy use the break of 14.39 resistance point as the next buy area, this resistance is very strong. However, I think the stock will break this resistance very soon. From a technical standpoint we can see that the MACD is approaching the signal line and is suggesting a potential trend change. Additionally, its stochastics are oversold for some time, suggesting the potential for a bounce. Based on the information recently made available the short interest decreased 18% to 7,682,800. So, stay tuned.
