Innovaro Announces the Opening of the American-Kazakhstan Technology Cooperation Center

Innovaro, Inc. (OTCQB:INNI), the leading provider of software-driven innovation solutions, and the National Agency for Technological Development JSC (NATD) of the government of Kazakhstan today announced the opening of the American - Kazakhstan Technology Cooperation Center (www.a-ktcc.com).

The Center’s goal is to establish and develop partnerships between entities of both countries that will foster technological cooperation and promote innovation. The Center’s primary activities will be to:

• Facilitate cooperation between companies and research institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United States of America
• Develop technology transfer between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United States of America
• Promote R&D and innovation projects between organizations and companies of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the United States of America

Mr. Kassymkan Kapparov will represent NATD at the Center, located at Innovaro’s corporate headquarters in Tampa. Mr. Kapparov’s extensive experience working with government and private organizations, both in Kazakhstan and abroad, ideally suit him for this role. “It is a pleasure for us to work with Innovaro and its CEO, Mr. Asa Lanum, who supported our idea to establish the American-Kazakhstan Technology Cooperation Center.
