Streetman, Who Will Attend the State of the State Address in Medina, Ohio Monday Night, Looks Forward to Hearing Governor Kasich’s Plans for Small and Medium Businesses and Education
PRLog - Feb. 24, 2014 - WESTERVILLE, Ohio -- Today, Vysion Technology Solutions (Vysion Tech), an IT Managed Services (MSP) and Technology Solutions Provider, announced that its president, Andrew Streetman, has been selected to attend the Ohio State of the State Address this evening in Medina, Ohio at the Medina Performing Arts Center this evening at 7:00 p.m. Mr. Streetman will be attending with his wife, Ann.
"As a small business owner and an active Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce member, I am very interested in hearing what the Governor, John R. Kasich (R-OH), has to say in regards to his plans this year for small and medium businesses and the issues we’re facing here in the Buckeye state," Streetman said in regard to his expectations of the Governor’s speech. “If Ohio is to continue leading the way for job creation in the U.S., a keen focus must be kept on cultivating and encouraging small and medium businesses to thrive in Ohio; the path to continued prosperity must include Ohio’s business owners."
Streetman is also looking forward to hearing what the Governor has to say about the state of education in the state of Ohio. “As a resident of this great state for over 20 years and a graduate of Westerville City Schools, I’m very interested in learning about the initiatives and agenda for education for the coming year,” said Streetman. “Education is the foundation of jobs, which means it’s of the utmost importance to growing our job force and to creating higher paying jobs to benefit all Ohioans.”
Education is slated to be a major theme in tonight’s address, with five Medina High School students chosen to attend. Also in attendance will be legislators, Cabinet members, Medina County elected officials, the media and volunteers.
