Cambria’s Lori Collins to Detail New Framework for Developing Globally Adaptive Leaders at OD Network’s Annual Conference

Cambria Consulting principal Lori Collins will present the firm’s powerful new framework for developing globally adaptive leaders at the 2014 annual conference of the OD Network, which runs from October 25-28 in Philadelphia.

The presentation, titled Beyond Borders: Developing Globally Adaptive Leaders, is scheduled for Monday, October 27th.

Beyond Borders is based on Cambria’s Global Adaptivity™ framework, which explores the skills necessary for leaders to master the increasingly unique problems and cross-cultural challenges in a business climate that’s more volatile, uncertain, and complex than ever.

“At many companies, the pressure is on to find leaders who can effortlessly span different cultures, economies, politics, and geographies,” said Lori Collins. “Leaders need to think systemically across multiple networks, deal with rapid change and layers of complexity, and speak the language of global business.”

Collins developed the Global Adaptivity™ framework, drawing on decades of experience with Fortune 100 companies, multinationals, and government agencies in more than 20 countries across four continents.

More information on developing globally adaptive leaders is available in a white paper from Cambria Consulting.
