Kindred’s Fourth Quarter Conference Call Scheduled for February 27

Kindred Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE:KND) announced today that it will provide an online, real-time webcast of its conference call covering fourth quarter and year-end 2014 operating results on Friday, February 27, 2015. The Company will issue its fourth quarter and year-end 2014 earnings release after the close of trading on Thursday, February 26, 2015.

The live broadcast of the Company’s quarterly conference call will be available online at the Company’s website, http://investors.kindredhealthcare.com, on February 27, 2015, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time).
