“The market is specifically strong for first-time homebuyers and bounce back buyers. The market is stable, prices are still low, and interest rates are very low. Those are all three great metrics for people looking to buy a home,” said Homes By Leslie owner and local realtor Leslie Hoke.
“It’s been about seven years since the market reached the absolute bottom. A lot of people lost homes and declared bankruptcy. Now they’re ready to bounce back because those blemishes on their credit reports are now gone.
