8 Performing Arts Music Shows Featuring 120 Performers To Take To The Stage On Saturday July 18th, 2015

Frisco School of Music, a private music school in Frisco, TX, is proud to announce that 120 of their students will take to the stage on Saturday, July 18th, 2015 to take part in eight different shows. They will perform solos and duets for their family and friends in a friendly performance arena. The event is free, and the public is invited. The full replay of the event will be available on https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6nFAsHygbrMx9utzvhAJ-r-HAQOP6g4f.

Chris Duncan from the Frisco School of Music says, "We are so proud of our students and all that they have achieved. The concert on July 18th will be an opportunity for them to showcase their skills in solos and duets and demonstrate the things they have learned in their weekly lessons. Beginners and advanced students alike will take part in this amazing event and we hope that many people will come out to support and encourage them."

The performances will focus on a range of different genres and styles. These include the standard teaching repertoire, but also things such as contemporary, classical, jazz, rock, R&B, and more. Additionally, students have learned skills on many different instruments, including piano, guitar, bass, voice, violin, viola, voice, drums, clarinet and saxophone, all of which will be used in the performances.

During the Coffee House Shows for private students, students will perform solos for their family and friends, again in a relaxed and supportive environment. No extra fee is charged to take part in or attend these performances - the public is invited! Different musical styles will also be represented here, and students can choose to be accompanied by either their teacher or a recorded backing track.

Chris Duncan adds, "We currently have three Coffee House Shows planned each year as can be seen on our event calendar, plus many more spectacular shows and even judged events. Our teachers know that students who are encouraged to participate in many yearly 'fun' performances make more progress in their lessons and reach their goals in music more quickly. To take part in any of these school activities, students and parents simply complete a Show Registration Form and return it to our office before the deadline as listed on the individual events."

These events are set to be the most popular event series yet. This is because students and their families alike are drawn to the comfortable, easy-going and relaxed and supportive atmosphere of the venue that is perfect for sharing music.
