Online Retailers Fuming About Bogus One Star Reviews

Thegadget.space, a gadget shop in Petaluma, CA, is one of many retailers said to be fuming about bogus one star reviews on Amazon. Like many other retailers, they have noticed a number of one star reviews appearing on their products that are clearly false. It is unclear why someone is making these efforts to discredit other merchants, but Thegadget.space is doing all they can to avoid these fake reviews from destroying the popularity of their hidden spy cameras.

Daniel Pate from Thegadget.space says: "One review suggests that our product came without instructions. This is complete nonsense! We have a 100% perfect record of excellent customer service and are a trusted Amazon seller. All our products contain instructions and if, by some oversight, they didn't, we would have sent them out immediately."

All of the company's discreet cameras seem to be targeted by the same malicious reviewer. On one product, the reviewer stated that the box was completely empty. Again, Thegadget.space does not believe this would be possible and, if it were possible, they would have immediately sent a new model out to the customer.

"It is incomprehensible why someone would go out of their way to destroy a small company's livelihood by posting vicious lies," adds Daniel Pate. "Our company is a small company with just a few hard working people and these types of actions are stopping us, everyday people like everyone else, from earning a living. We really hope people can see past these vicious lies and continue to trust in us and our products, as well as in our customer service."

Naturally, customers are encouraged to join together against this negative reviewer and state that they did not find the review helpful themselves. They are also asked to purchase a HD spy camera themselves, if they can, and leave it a positive review. However, those who are unable to make a purchase at present can still help the company simply by searching for them on Amazon or on other websites. By working together, the terrible damage that this lone reviewer is trying to wreak can easily be mitigated.
