Benchmark Litigation Names Holwell Shuster & Goldberg New York Law Firm of the Year

Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP has been named New York Law Firm of the Year by Benchmark Litigation. Benchmark Litigation presented the award last night at the annual U.S. awards ceremony in New York City.

It has been four years since Judge Holwell left the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to join his former colleagues Michael Shuster and Daniel Goldberg in the formation of Holwell Shuster & Goldberg. In that time, the firm has been recognized nationally for its complex commercial litigation work, touching on antitrust, bankruptcy, complex financial instruments, intellectual property, and securities. The Benchmark Litigation honor comes one year after Holwell Shuster & Goldberg was named to the National Law Journal’s exclusive Litigation Boutiques Hot List.
