Pacific Asset Advisors LLC Closes Acquisition of Cadence Capital Management

Pacific Asset Advisors LLC (PAAL), an investment management firm wholly-owned by Pacific Life Insurance Company, has completed its acquisition of Cadence Capital Management, a boutique investment firm with approximately $4 billion in assets under management located in Boston, MA. Through this acquisition, PAAL gains access to strategic beta solutions that enhance its ability to deliver to its clients' distinct investment opportunities. Cadence continues to operate as an independent investment advisor.
