In trading on Friday, hospital & medical practitioners shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.7%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Surgery Partners (SGRY), off about 7.3% and shares of Kindred Healthcare (KND) down about 5.1% on the day.
