Lafley slams former P&G CFO for role in proxy battle

Former Procter & Gamble CEO A.G. Lafley suggested today that some of the proposals of activist investor Nelson Peltz and one of his advisers, former P&G CFO Clayt Daley, could lead to a plunge in the value of the company’s stock.
