UPDATE 3-Avon shares jump as Brazil's Natura nears all-stock deal

Avon Products Inc shares jumped nearly 12 percent on Wednesday as Brazilian cosmetic maker Natura Cosmeticos SA moved closer to acquiring the U.S. company via an all-stock deal to unite two of Brazil's most popular makeup brands, moving Natura closer to its goal of a global market.
