T-Mobile parent company Deutsche Telekom appears to be hesitant to accept the concessions required by antitrust regulators to approve the merger of Sprint and T-Mobile. A CNBC anchor and analyst said the company wants to avoid giving up too many assets so that it "can straitjacket that potential fourth competitor."
