Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. to Host Investor Day

Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (NYSE:SRC) (“Spirit” or the “Company”), a net-lease real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in single-tenant, operationally essential real estate, today announced that the company will host an Investor Day on Thursday, December 5, 2019 in New York City.

The agenda for the Investor Day will include presentations by Jackson Hsieh, Chief Executive Officer; Michael Hughes, Chief Financial Officer; Ken Heimlich, EVP of Asset Management; and other members of the Company’s management team. Speakers will present on the Company’s acquisitions and asset management platform, research and technology tools and financial outlook.

A live webcast will be provided, and in-person attendance is by invitation only. A copy of the presentation will be posted to the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website on the morning of December 5, 2019, with the financial outlook section of the presentation becoming available after market close.

The Investor Day will be webcast live beginning at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. A link to the webcast will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.spiritrealty.com.
