The Champagne Mille Crepes cake is made of layers upon layers of handmade crepes with delicate strawberry-accented pastry cream. To finish, a brilliant topping of pure champagne gelée. The housemade gelée is cool and refreshing, glimmering with champagne and the most wonderful texture. Champagne Mille Crepes officially launches to the public for pre-orders starting Dec. 12, 2019. The cake has already been featured in select publications including The New York Times, Eater New York, and Bake Magazine.
Champagne Mille Crepes is available for a very limited time from Dec. 12, 2019 – Jan. 12, 2020. The cake is priced at $150 for a full 9-inch cake and $15 per slice. As the cake contains alcohol, it will be sold only to those 21 and older (ID required upon pick-up).
