New Berlin-based ECM Industries sold to Sentinel Capital Partners

Sentinel Capital Partners, a private investment firm, purchased the New Berlin-based manufacturer and supplier of electrical products, ECM Industries from Genstar Capital. Milwaukee-based Baird served as the financial adviser for the transaction.
