Senate Democrats will seek to subpoena White House records in Trump impeachment trial

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said Tuesday that he will introduce a series of amendments to the proposed rules for President Donald Trump's impeachment trial, set to begin Tuesday afternoon.
