It works by taking key elements of a real estate agent's role such as, being good at negotiating, being patient and not pushy, fast at responding, and other attributes to aggregate relevant reviews. Fivewalls is the first to provide this type of review data to the real estate buyer or seller.

Taking into account the preferences of home buyers and sellers, agents will be ranked according to how well their past customer reviews match a buyer's or seller's needs. Currently, Fivewalls' algorithm ranks agent based on the number and rating of reviews, past transaction count, years of experience and the completion of a real estate agent's profile. An agent's Fivewalls profile also allows home buyers and sellers to compare their reviews across other sites like Google, Yelp, Zillow and Facebook (if the agent has uploaded them).
