Defense Secretary Mark Esper calls for quick drawdown of U.S. troops in Afghanistan

An immediate drawdown of U.S. troops from Afghanistan, after a weekend peace treaty with the Taliban, was approved on Monday by Defense Secretary Mark Esper.
