Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. Raises Its Regular Quarterly Dividend By 10%

Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTC Pink: AMNF) today declared an increase in their regular quarterly dividend to $0.0275 per share. This new level is an increase of 10% from the prior regular quarterly dividend amount of $0.025. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record on April 1, and will be disbursed on or about April 24, 2020. This is the Company’s 79th consecutive regular quarterly dividend. In addition, the Company has had ten special dividends.
