SOUTHCOM Commander Craig S. Faller: DoD to 'right-size' staffing at Guantanamo Bay

The Department of Defense is considering reducing the number of staff at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, SOUTHCOM Commander Craig S. Faller said at a Pentagon press briefing.
