Innoviva Announces Change of Location of Annual Meeting of Stockholders to Be Held on April 24, 2020

Innoviva, Inc. (NASDAQ: INVA) (“Innoviva” or the “Company”) announced today that, due to the public health impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the location of the Company’s 2020 annual meeting of stockholders has been changed and will be held in a virtual meeting format only. As previously announced, the annual meeting will be held on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. To be admitted to the annual meeting at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/INVA2020, stockholders must enter the control number found on their proxy card, voting instruction form or notice previously received.
