Acadia Healthcare Announces Change in Annual Meeting Location to Virtual Format

Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHC) today announced a change in the format for the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) via the filing of additional proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Due to the evolving public health impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and to support the health and safety of the Company’s directors, employees and stockholders, Acadia Healthcare will hold its Annual Meeting in a virtual meeting format only. Stockholders will not be able to attend the Annual Meeting in person.

Acadia Healthcare’s Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. (Central Time). To participate in the Annual Meeting, stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 12, 2020, can go to the access link at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/ACHC2020, or type the address into their web browser, fifteen minutes before the start of the meeting. The meeting link can also be found on the Company’s website at https://www.acadiahealthcare.com/investors/proxy-materials/. Stockholders of record may participate in the meeting and vote their shares by providing the 16-digit control number from the previously distributed proxy material.
