Northrop Grumman nets $13.3B to develop Minuteman 3 ICBM replacement

The Air Force has awarded a $13.3 billion contract to Northrop Grumman for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent, the new ICBM system that will replace the Minuteman 3 system in the U.S. nuclear triad.
