2nd-highest ranking Marine Corps officer tests positive for COVID-19

Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Gary Thomas has tested positive for COVID-19, the Marine Corps announced. He is the second four-star officer in the U.S. military to test positive this week.
