Small-cap stocks ‘remain pretty seriously underloved’ despite vaccine-fueled gains

Despite a vaccine-fueled rotation that sent the Russell 2000 to its first record since 2018, small-cap stocks still lag well behind their large-cap peers --- signaling there may be plenty more room to run to the upside, analysts say.
