Dow on track for fastest bear-market recovery in 30 years

The Dow Jones Industrial Average on Monday is on track to notch its first all-time high since February, marking a fallow period for the blue-chip benchmark that has been hit particularly hard by the COVID-19 pandemic relative to its peers.
