Hawaii to receive $2.8 billion to support infrastructure, create jobs

Hawaii is set to receive an estimated $2.8 billion in federal funding for infrastructural improvements, as well as job creation, in the Islands, should a bill be signed into law by U.S. President Joe Biden.
